Our Return Policies

We’re happy to accept unworn or defective merchandise purchased on for return within 30 days of the original order date (after this period has passed, items are ineligible for return). Refunds will not be issued on worn or damaged shoes. Shoes must be in their original undamaged shoe boxes or 15% restocking fee will apply.

All Final Sale items & Intimates (socks) are ineligible for return. If we receive an item deemed ineligible for Return, we will have to send the item back to you.

Please also note that the amount of your Refund/ Store Credit is only for the issued for the item(s) you purchased, and does not include the shipping amount.

Allow 6-8 business days for Return processing.

Sorry babes! Due to the high demand of products we aren’t able to process exchanges at this time because we can’t guarantee the style or size you’d like to exchange for will still be in stock when we receive your package. Returns are easy though and you’ll receive your store credit within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return!

International Orders

To start your return on an international order please email: with your order number, product, and reason for return. We will review your request in 2-3 business days.

We will promptly process your return once we receive the package. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We apologize as we cannot accept COD returns.

We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.

Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

U.S. Orders

All unworn or defective merchandise are eligible for returns within  30 days of the original order date. Return requests started 30 days past the original order date are eligible for store credit only and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Your direct refund or store credit will be processed upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.

Direct Refund

Receive 100% of your refund issued to your original payment method minus a $5.95 processing fee.

Store Credit

Receive 100% of your refund as store credit with the processing fee waived.

Do you price match boutiques?

No, boutiques carrying our product are independent distributors. 

Can I return Mi.iM items I bought at a boutique?

Mi.iM products purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where they were purchased. Unfortunately is not directly responsible for these sales, we recommend contacting the individual boutique or store for their return policy.

Can I return for a refund?

Yes! All returnable items purchased through our website can be returned  within 30 days of order.

When will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the item. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for your financial institution to update your account.   

What is the shipping cost for returns?

We cover all return shipping fees on returnable products within the US.

What happens if I bought something that is now on sale?

If we permanently reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will happily adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your order date. The item must be the same color and size and must be in stock.We can only make one sale adjustment per order, and do not process automated adjustment requests generated by third-party services. Sale adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events. Additional category or product exclusions may apply. Promotional pricing and discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion or discount period. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. Do you offer price adjustments on shipping charges?

No, any special shipping rates are calculated separately and we do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.
