We stand behind every pair of shoes we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your Shop Mi.iM purchase you can return it or replace it within 30 days.

We’ll gladly accept all regularly priced unworn or defective merchandise purchased on for return or exchange. All sale items are final sale. Our return and exchange policy has been crafted to ensure only the highest level of customer satisfaction, so you can shop freely and without risk.

Please note the Miracle Miles (Mi.iM) guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage incurred by improper use or accidents.

Please note: Miracle Miles merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. As Shop Mi.iM is not directly responsible for these sales, please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy. RETURN POLICY

For U.S. Orders

You have 30 days from the original order date to return any unworn or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds are credited in three ways:

  • For a direct product return your payment will be credited back to your original form of payment, with a standard  $5.95 processing fee.  
  • Returns processed for store credit will have the processing fee waived.  Your account will be given a credit for the full amount of your order .

You will receive your refund or store credit upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.


  • Go to the bottom of this page and click the link for returns.
  • Enter your order number and the email address used to make the purchase and click submit.
  • You will be taken through a returns process and a shipping label will be sent to your email address within 1-2 business days
  • Print the label and ship your package within 10 business days - Return labels and package must be scanned in to USPS within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the shipping label. Labels not scanned into USPS within 10 business days will be cancelled and you will have to start your return request over again.
  • Returns must be received by the Shop Mi.iM warehouse within 15 business days of receipt of the return label. Returns arriving at warehouse more than 15 days past the receipt of a return label may need be processed as a store credit instead of a refund.

Please note: On returns received after 30 days from the original order date, a Mi.iM gift card for the value of your return will be issued to your account. 


For International Returns

Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We apologize as we cannot accept COD returns.

Please note: your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

For U.S. Orders


We do not process exchanges. Our products are in high demand and there is no guarantee we will have the correct item in stock for exchange. We suggest you returning your order for store credit and placing a new order for the desired style and color.

International Exchanges

We are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact where we will promptly take care of your concern on a case by case basis.


When will I be refunded?

Your return will have an expected processing time of 7 to 10 business days.


We’ll send a Return Notification Email to notify you once the return has been completed. However, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.


Price Adjustments

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of shipment.

We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.

We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card or egift card, a new gift card or egift card will be issued for the amount of the credit.

Please note: We’re unable to process price adjustments for merchandise purchased at our independent boutiques and department stores.
